Q1. The courses given here are complete or not? I doubt if I can get success only studying from here.
Ans: They are even more than the complete course. Imagine if we compare 6 months batch (48 classes) we have compressed it in 30-32 classes. And imagine if you have enrolled in an institute paying 15000 to 20000 for N3 and they give you these 48 classes. So usually their 20% course is the repetition of N4 and N5 and rest 20% is entertainment like origami, cultural sessions etc. So now, while studying from this site, it can be compared like 30 classes for N3 and rest you can always revise N4 N5 and even a bit starting of N2 to make your level perfect. The main difference is of quality and we are sure who are studying from an institute can judge. The courses given here are the soul of all Japanese language courses. Moreover here you don’t have to pay any separate amount for a separate GENRE. For example, if you are done with JLPT you can listen how English is taught in Japanese so that your listening skills will improve. Or you can study at your own pace without paying again for repetition. And most importantly I would say this website is 5 times in terms of guidance which institutes are unable to give you. We guide the same things to our students and other institutes teachers as well. Though the website is currently zero in entertainment that we totally agree. And we are working on many points of improvements and value addition like Kanji games, JLPT quizzes with options and scores again in a sorted manner which targets your studies and entertainment as well. Without making this place cluttered. Our target is to make it fully loaded with everything a student needs to clear JLPT without going to any institute paying 100 times less and with every other entertainment learning of Japanese language be it friends finding, Jobs or even Travelling to Japan.
Q2. What should be my strategy for exams if I am solely studying from here?
Ans: You should keep revising because any level given here has so vast course contents that it is impossible to learn it 100% in first time or even two times. Always keep in mind that if you target Japanese as your career, every word is going to be used in your future. And more importantly you should continuously look up to next level once you have completed it. After that you should learn all the syllabus given in business Japanese and JLPT course will definitely help you in it. After that Kaiwa and after that you should listen how English is taught in Japanese language to make your listening skills powerful. Here you can use your very long time and it may take you a year or so to learn everything. But after that year your language expertise will give you immense career for your whole life if you can understand the importance of your time and this application.
Q3. Imagine if I have completed N4 course and will appear in JLPT exam in upcoming 3-4 months so should I take some knowledge of N3 also by taking first 8-9 classes or Start with business Japanese or should I start slowly with Kaiwa? Please guide.
Ans: Your answer is already in your question. Yes definitely you should revise at-least first 10 classes of N3, at-least till Inter in Business Japanese and a big portion of Kaiwa because the language knowledge of all these courses are interlinked and will also help in completion of your particular level with icing on the cake. Addition and enhancement with completion of your particular level is the target of this application. That’s why we have mentioned the same style of learning in How to Study pages. Do check them.
Q4. After N5 which Japanese program or movie or series I can watch??
Ans. Only after N5 actually it is not likely you will understand any Japanese movie. But we recommend you to keep moving further in your studies while you can watch with subtitles and listen to the tone and notice the gestures, the real culture which is also very important while you proceed to higher levels. Our recommendation is “Mata ai ni Yukimas”. This movie is a very beautiful story with very simple and slow Japanese. You will love it.
Q5. I am studying N3 and my question is that during the practice of listening questions, after a question here I can listen to the Hindi explanation also. But what will happen when I attempt these questions on my own? I think that even if I understand one line, I will miss the other line. I mean it will be impossible to translate as they say their lines i get confused kyuki mai ek do words hi smjh pata hu. Bahut dikkat hai sir please guide.
Ans: Yes this is the normal process one has to go under. First of all you should speak every sentence 3-4 times as I have guided you in every class. Be it Moji-goi or even Dokkai. Then in Chokai, since it is your training time, you can listen to the question 3-4 times and then answer. Don’t worry about exam. That in exam, they won’t repeat it so I should also get it in one time. Practice takes time. Almost everyone gets stuck after N3 or during N3. And this is a Positive signal. So you should be motivated that you are going through the real struggle phase, after which success is there. We strongly recommend you to keep going be it only for small time per day. If career in Japanese language is a lock of Gold, Continuation is the key. Repetition is the key.
Q6. I want to ask a question for which I need a logic answer because I don't prefer to fly in fantasy world. I am a little above average in studies, have intermediate English skill and want to crack JLPT N2 afterwards if I go to Japan for Japanese Language Study OR for masters, how much chance should I have to get settled there for a few years after my studies? Please answer this imagining worst scenario.
Ans: You have all the chances if you have Higher Japanese language knowledge and you have other skills. If you go for studies in Japan and you complete one year, then you can search for Jobs and it is not that difficult to find a job if the student is sensible enough to understand and act according to Japanese culture. All of the people who spread hatred and terror about failures in finding Jobs in Japan actually failed due to not understanding and acting as per Japanese culture. Or they just don’t want to, due to their own pride. As particularly I feel this case if you have higher level of JLPT with you and any other skills that are useful for the Japanese company they will hire you definitely as the requirement of skilled foreigners is rising day by day in Japan. You will be in much better position and opportunities with Japanese. As far as my experience is there I have seen many young people joining in Japan but the companies usually do not recognize BCA or MCA kind of degrees from India. They test all the skills in interview and they have their own parameters like globally recognized certifications like CCNA or CCNP or for example TOEIC for English since there are rules from embassy to issue work visa.
Q7. Sir I will be appearing for N5 this year. I am working as software developer and planning to take break of 6 months after exam to target for N3 (skipping N4) to start career in Japanese language. Would it be good? Are there opportunities for Japanese with software development?
Ans: Yes. Why not. There are ample opportunities for Japanese language experts who are software developers like Node.js, Angular, React, or even Javascript CSS frontend developers. Or even with Backend in India as well as in Japan. Even if Nihongomax had a budget we would have hired you :-). But plz notice, Japanese language expertise is a must.
Q8. Sir my question is straight-forward. How can I sky-rocket may career in Japanese language?
Ans: My answer is straight-forward. nihongomax.com is the fuel. Go make full use of it.
Q9. Is it necessary to get all the knowledge of JLPT, Business Japanese, Kaiwa?
Ans: As we have told you that every knowledge is inter-linked. It is not necessary though but will be very beneficial because you never know what kind of career opportunity you can get and what kind of specific requirement will be there in that particular company. Although JLPT only is enough to cater the capability requirements but it always recommended why not study Japanese language with all the different scenarios for better experience and knowledge when it is available.
Q10. sir in dokkai you were emphasising on speed but in dokkai section we get good amount of time no?because kanji reading and vocab questions doesn't take much time so i think we are left with good amount of time in dokkai. because when i do dokkai i read minimum 2 times? is this approach slow??
Ans: No they will give you separate time for separate section. So it is wrong to think that if you have saved time in one section will benefit you in other.
Q11. sir, I am ........ I want to make sure that right now I am a school student in class 11th and I want to complete my graduation from japan so, sir can you please tell me that within 2 years of study can I able to pass the JLPT exam or I have to give more time to my studies and is it possible for me to settle in japan because it is been my dream ever since I am in class 8th and I hope so that you reply my question.
Ans: Sure you can do good in your future but I am surprized that in this young age you have decided to settle in Japan. As for answering your question, Actually saying passing JLPT alone doesn't make sense because it has levels and 2 years time is a long time as JLPT exam is conducted every 6 months. So you can think or plan clearing every level per 6 months or per year depending on your time availability. I think you haven't read About JLPT section properly where i have explained all this in Hindi. So plz first go through that, It is a long experience of me and my team.
Q12. Sir Do you think 1 to 2 Hours a day is enough for studying? And with one or two hours a day, how many months can it take to pass one level?
Ans: It depends on your target level and depends in how much revising you are able to learn all the vocab and grammar with full practice of dokkai and chokai. For number I would say it can take 3 to 5 months but again depends on the person. Basically what you are asking is impossible to ans becoz its highly varied as per the ability. My one student has taken just one year to clear N3 from zero. And the other one his real brother still failing N5. Both are real brothers and both were my students. I hope I am able to give you idea if not the answer.
Q13. Sir all the Verb plain Form and Te form you have put in classes, can you put pdf list so that we can download?
Ans: Plenty of pdf lists are available on internet and you can download anything you want. My point of saying it is many people have many GB data with them but of no use until you learn it be it in pdf, jpg, png, word or excel it doesn’t matter.
